He drive us to a nearby restaurant to try the famous mushroom dinner, and kindly advised us not to order too many because the portion is very big. This turned out exactly to be the case. "Location Hotel is located very near to Cingjing farm. . The view outside the hotel is great and 7-11 is available in front of the hotel (I believe it’s open 24/7) which is very helpful. Hotel. It’s a basic hotel, one of the staffs speaks English. Rooms are good with coffee powder and 4 bottles of water that they top up everyday. There is no coffee Mac though, you have to get the water from common dispenser to make coffee. There is no lift but I don’t think it was a problem for me as our room...

"In any other place, I would have given this 4 stars. However, given the shortage of reasonably-priced, top-notch hotels around the lake, my 5-star rating reflects what was available for Taiwan. The room was very nice, and the hotel was close to the bus station and to the start of the trails around the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our entire stay around Sun Moon Lake a great experience. Any issues we experienced, such as a slow elevator, narrow stairs, too few...

"We had a family room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The front desk staff were not sound friendly when asking direction. Spa & sauna was not in the same building, it was location at another hotel behind Liching. The place has no elevator and our room was at L4. When asked for help to bring luggage down, front desk request to leave it at the door and help will be deploy when they were free, but our transportation is waiting downstairs. Not convenient for young kids or elderly"

"I liked how it was very tranquil. The evening concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful when I told her I wanted to see the sunrise. She arranged everything with an external contractor. "Stayed in the Deluxe Villa, Lanai in April 2023 and paid $577 US for one night. This was their premium suite. The space was impressive at nearly 2,000 sq ft. Had an old-world feel. The view from the outdoor pool area was magnificent. But anyplace with a balcony that high up would have magnificent views. So no points there really. While impressed with the size of the space, I was very disappointed with simple comforts you would expect for paying nearly $600 for one night and quite upset...
