Palm Beach Resort & Spa

3.5 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (107)
"While the hotel is already run down, house keeping services were good to compliment our stay. The smell of the room was damp as if it was not occupied by customer quite a while. I had to spray some air freshener before I could breath comfortably. Breakfast spread could be much better with more variety of food to keep up with the 'resort' standard."

Hotel Aifa

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (145)
"Several parts of the room were falling apart, the ceiling near the air conditioner was mouldy, the ironing board holder wasn't screwed to the wall, the towel hanger was hanging off. The bathroom bath plug was filled with hair. In the bathroom we encountered a cockroach. The floor was constantly wet possibly due to the bath or toilet leaking. The do not disturb and clean room buttons were broken, thankfully they had signs... But they only cleaned our room once over 3 days so we had to buy toilet...

Tiara Labuan Hotel

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (45)
"This is a hotel in a lovely setting but it’s dated. Clean and well maintained for the most part, just dated decor etc. Huge rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely gardens. Good pool. The service is incredibly slow and food very hit and miss. Staff are delightful just not dynamic! A useful daily drop off to the town/sights if you ask. Wifi works fine. Very close to the port and taxis are very cheap to get about. "
