"This resort is beyond 5 stars. The property is immaculately well kept, the staff are attentive and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. No request is too big. The resort is lush, green and at a standard that isn’t seen very much at resorts of any size. "

"Wonderful, high end hotel, 20 minute walk from central Ubud. Away for hustle and bustle. Reception and staff could not be more welcoming and attentive. Room was perfect, couldn’t fault. Afternoon tea and cake was a bonus. Only slight thing I’d like to improve was breakfast, wasn’t the best and there were flies. There’s also limited sunbeds around the gorgeous pool, but I guess in Ubud you don’t sit around the pool! Would stay again. "

"Important: If booking, make sure the road giving access to the city center is fixed, or you will have to choose between a 20 min. detour or riding a scooter. Very kind staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the pool is great but could be cleaner. The resort is beautiful and a calm getaway not too far from the city center (if the road gets fixed). The shuttle to the city center hours could be better, they cutoff before supper which is pretty annoying. I would gladly book here again."

"I had noooo idea an Elephant comes to your room EVERY night and takes you to dinner. Out of this world. Truly amazing experience that i hope all my friends and family will see in their lifetime. Such a clean feel good place. And the elephants look like their really haopy and taken real good care of"
