I really loved the access to the beach and calm waters for the kids. I loved the scenery! The staff were really nice and the shuttle was so accommodating

Place was equipped with the minimum

Two towels. That's all I asked for. We arrived Sunday, and the instructions were that if we needed a change in towels we would have to request the day prior (which was Tuesday). OK fine. But really is it too much to ask for if we missed the request by a day? We stayed an entire week, and instead of ensuring guests were completely satisfied we were told there would be no towel change. The staff only communicated by text which seemed impersonal. We expected more from a top rated resort property. Instead, resort polices were used as barriers to enforce soft rules that could easily be solved through simple accommodation. We will take our business elsewhere next time we visit Kauai. So much for the Aloha experience.
