Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling! "This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. "It's a beautiful hotel, clean and professional. The staff resolved every request we had. No smile tho, it's about the culture here I guess. The spa is a bit worn out, but this shouldn't put you down. It's gorgeous and very well designed. Many different types of sauna, hamam, Steam rooms. Beautiful pools where a bar is located in as well ;). The room we got was Premium one, but be aware it's on smaller side. Prefer the other options, if you want more comfort. Breaky was ok, a bit better than budget hotels like Travelodge, holiday inn...etc. And location wise, you will be closer to the port than the old town where all the attractions, bars restos are located. So be prepared for a little walk of 15 mins. Over all, if you are looking for a spa hotel, this is the one in Tallinn, highly recommended. "
