However, you receive a code by email that lets you into the room that was recently redecorated. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. Plenty of free public parking around the hotel."

"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. I appreciate Luauna who helped by making sure we were only charged for the one night and then the owner of the restaurant helped my party get to the train to Vienna."
