Booked primarily because it is close to jr station. Downside after 8pm nothing nearby open except family mart inside station. Staff were great. Assisted filling out the luggage transfer form and retrieving card when I locked my self out while checking out. Bed is firm and comfortable. Ac can be controlled. Shower press is great

地図で見るより駅近で熊本空港へのリムジンバス乗り場が目の前で良かったです 連泊清掃なしは良いけれど2日目の水やアメニティは部屋に戻った後に必要ならフロントまでもらいに行かないといけないのは不便。アメニティはともかく水はバスタオルや寝巻きと一緒に配布しても良いのでは？と思いました。ちなみに一泊目に寝巻きがなく用意のないホテルなんだと思ったけど2日目はタオルセットと一緒に配布されました。

Great location, and comfortable beds for a quick stopover and visit to Kumamoto castle. Filthy carpet, outdated bathroom even on renovated 9th floor.

The hotel is located next to Kumamoto station. Transportation is very easy both locally and going to other places. There are many restaurants inside the station with lots of dining options. Like it.
