"My wife and I had a wonderful stay here at the AUD. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and all our concerns were addressed promptly. They treated all our extra guests with respect. We will definitely return."

"Very good location. Property was well maintained and secure. I personally didn’t care for the food I ordered from the onsite restaurant (spring rolls, chicken wings, chicken salad). I stayed in a suite which came with a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen did not have any supplies (pots, plates, cups, utensils) and the laundry did not work. I would not recommend getting a suite but the rest of unit was nice. "

"My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour. The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised. On arrival, I found ripped sheets, and the fridge wasn’t working until the manager got it...

"PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, FOOD IS GOOD. HOWEVER, THE FIRST TIME I STAYED THERE, THE TV IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SO WE LEFT EARLY. THE SECOND TIME, TV WAS FINE. THE ROAD TO THE HOTEL IS NOT PAVED AND THEREFORE NOT GOOD BUT THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL BUT THE GOVERNMENT. OVERALL, I LIKE THE PEOPLE THERE. I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. "

"Veronica Heights in Kumasi is an exceptional property. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area."

"Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."
