"This is a really great place to stay in Cairns. The Novotel Oasis is really central and it's easy to walk to loads of great dining and shopping in the town, as well as the Esplanade area. The hotel is really nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great, with loads of options."

"We had some difficulties checking in. yes, we were there early. We were told there were zero rooms available in the whole hotel, which given the size was hard to believe, but were told as soon as a room was ready we'd be called. After sitting there waiting in the lobby 2 hours, we asked a different employee who got us in a room immediately. The location of the hotel is great, the room itself was nice.
