"Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. "We had a fantastic experience staying at the Grand Nikko during our Tokyo Disney trip! The staff were very available and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of a trip. Best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had with plenty of options. It fuelled us for the long park days. The location of the Nikko was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Only note we have is that the bathrooms could really use an update. We would definitely stay here again though! Would recommend. "

"Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"
