Large suite- is this where they filmed Scarface? Sizeable room , but air conditioner wasn't working on arrival, and most of the locks ondoors to outside were NOT working; room service menu was limited to a cheeseburger

It was a bad holiday :(
Although hotel has 5 star the facilities not enough and bad. Foods are also terrible. It has no entertainment activity. All days boring. If you want to stay a 5 star hotel find a another one.

Avoid at all cost.
We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon as it advertised as Adult only. Once we arrived the hotel we soon found out that is definitely not the case. Hotel had good concept at the beginning but clearly shows that they didn't make any money. Hotel supposably only few years old but their poor maintanance is already showing. The lack luster meals and simple stuff like not having coke available shows that the place is struggling. They can not even maintain clean common areas like elevators or able to properly clean rooms is very concerning. If you are looking for bunch of kids yelling, jumping in and out of pool not worried about cleanliness or care of having a decent meal this place might be just the place for you.

Great location with a peaceful atmosphere
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Suhan360 is exactly for people who are looking for a location that has very good sea view, nice foods, beautiful pools and garden, alternative access to the beach and of course perfect evening activities. In every evening, there were different performances. Plus, no other disturbing sounds coming out of the city. Special thanks to the management, secure and peaceful atmosphere prepared for anybody stays at the hotel.

THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD BUT BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE FOOD , THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE AND POOR for a 5 Star hotel. Do not book this hotel for ,, all inclusive and you have to pay for coffee ''and eat cheese,cheese,cheese and salami, salami, salami ETC... Food is very good in Kusadasi

A lovely new hotel with great friendly staff like Ali. The bar and restaurant staff are attentive eager and full of smiles. Yet already the cracks are there. The spa area is spacious clean and we'll equipped, yet the steam room doesn't work doesn't look like it has ever worked and NONE of the staff or management know why or what's wrong nor when it will be fixed. The food is safe deliciousdelicious and plentiful, but lacks much flavour, herbs or spices. A curry was just a stew. If you get a seaview room you have a fantastic view over the Kusadsi bay. BUT the others look out onto a working building site of another hotel.

The hotel is new Bt not good
I had stayed there 3 nites. The location of hotel is not close to downtown, u have to take around 10 mins taxi. In addition, one day morning the hotel was out of electrical power n water supply almost 20mins, it was not acceptable!! And the gym operation hour is from 0900-2100, it is too late to open for hotel guest. Staffs are not good in manner.

Recommended hotel in Kusadasi
We stayed here for 2 nights and I wished I did not have to leave the room. The room was gorgeous, with the private pool just out of our sliding door. The receptionist had good English, and was really helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is not too close to the Kusadasi centrum, but it was easy moving around with the Number 1 bus.

The add in hotels.com is confusing where it says suit with privet swimming poll while it is privet access to a shared swiming poll with ither suits and it is a room not a suit, but the hotel is good not bad

daha öncede kötü otel gördüm ama manzarası ve konumu bu kadar güzel olup da bu kadar kötü işletilen bir otel görmedim. az da para vermedik aslında, yemeği dışarda yemeyelim diye all inclusive 3 yetişkin bir çocuk 13500 TL verdik. girişte otopark sıkıntısı yaşadık, arabayı koyacak yer yoktu, yardımcı olan da olmadı. odaya girişte bel boy arkadaş verdiğimiz bahşişi az buldu sanırım, kaba bi üslupla bişeyler söylenip anahtarla priz arasına sıkıştırdı gitti parayı.4 kişilik oda diye gittiğimiz suit odaya koydukları ilave yatak spotçularda bile satılmıyor artık :( odada devamlı sigortalar atıyor. gece yarısı terlemiş bir şekilde uyanıyorsunuz. Tavan duşu doğru düzgün çalışmıyor, ahize duş oraya buraya dönüyor bir elinizle tutmak zorundasınız. havuzlar yeterince temiz değil, özellikle üst havuzun suyu berrak bile değil oraya girmedik bile. kahvaltı ve yemekler 3 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde. bimde satılan hazır adana kebap daha kalitelidir bu otelin servis ettiği adana kebabın yanında. Ama maalesef çokta fazla bi alternatifde yok. mezeler 3-4 günlük. dünden kalma üstü kurumuş domatesler en az 3 günlük peynirler, tüm kahvaltılıklar aynı şekilde. fotoğraf ekledim bakabilirsiniz. anlaşmalı plajınız var mı diye sordum, şu plajla anlaşmalıyız ama şezlonga vev şemsiye ücretlidir diyor.kısacası rezalet bi otel.kaybettiğimiz 2. oda anahtarı için 10 euro ceza ödedik, resepsiyondan deniz hanım güleryüzlü bi bayan ama çatır çatır aldı 170 TL yi, taş çatlasa 5 tl dir maaliyeti:( bi daha mı? asla

Sezon dışı olmasına rağmen gayet iyiydi.
Sezon dışı Aralık ayında gittim. Otelde çok az misafir vardı. Buna rağmen hiç bir şey aksamadı. Çok az sayıda misafire rağmen sabah kahvaltısı gayet iyi hazırlanmıştı. Odalarda temizlik kusursuzdu. Çok memnun kaldık. Eğer denize bakan bir oda alırsanız manzara doyumsuz.
