This is an excellent hotel with likely the best views of the ocean and harbor in the city. We are driving up the coast so the valet underground parking was super important. Give them your car on arrival and get it back on departure. Certainly no need while you are here because the hotel is in the center of everything. We had room 603, ocean view corner, and it was superb except that chairs started squeaking early at the breakfast restaurant immediately above. 503 would probably be the best in the hotel. Fantastic views and comfortable chairs in the room to sit and sip a glass while enjoying the view and the evening breeze. Large walk in shower in a modern bathroom. This moment enjoying the view from a chaise by the rooftop pool while ordering margaritas. We stayed 3 nights. What's not to like?

Great location. Rooftop bar has great views. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Better breakfast than in other cities in Turkey we’ve visited. Rooms are fine - bed is not the best nor is the blanket. Staff is friendly and helpful

Great, Central Location with Beautiful Views
If you're looking for a hotel with a great, central location to lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. The water view from our room (Room 404) that looked out to the Ege Port where all of the cruise ships docked was fabulous. We also really loved the rainfall shower head. The hotel has a Starbucks on the ground floor and there's a really nice pool deck on the roof with gorgeous views below. The only major issue for us was a lack of parking space for our rental car. The hotel did not have its own parking and we had to park several streets over, both days we were there, because the area near the hotel was very full and busy. The bed was also smaller than I imagined and it sat quite low to the ground, but was decently comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave us a great breakfast recommendation for the first day as we were meeting up with friends who were not staying at the same hotel. We ate breakfast at the hotel the second day and it was nice... they had a good variety.

VERY POOR BEDDING
The hotel is in a great location near the town of Kusadasi. However the worst part of the hotel is the bedding or lack of it. Just a mattress sheet and what I can only describe as a big towel to cover you. No upper sheet and the towel type cover did not lend itself to warmth at all. I actually slept with the ill fitting bath robe from the bathroom. Worse still was that the towel type cover did not fit the bed, so once you turned over the upper towel type blanket completely went with you. Terrible bedding. I think that the hotel should invest in some light weight quilts the proper size of the bed.

Expedia advertise this property with city view and sea view, unfortunately hotel doesn't mention about old and dirty building right in front of the hotel, which is NOT city view. Murat, front desk, threatened to cancel reservation, imagine checking in at 9pm, declined to upgrade the room upon asking an upgrade. Wish Expedia posts the image of the CITY rooms so people have an idea what they're getting. Breakfast and location is excellent, but wish illayda management hire better employees to handle customers instead of saying "this is it, take it or cancel reservation. Even though offered to pay for the upgrade.

Best hotel ever!!!
We missed our cruise ship in Athens Greece and were flown to Izmir airport. Ilayna hotel took care of our transfer from the airport to Kusadasi. We were so impressed by the service, friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They directed us to restaurants and the market and arranged a taxi for our trip to the cruise ship pier. The breakfast buffet was top notch. In all of our worldwide travels, we have never had such delicious food. Far superior to any hotel or even cruise ships. We would love to visit kusadasi again just to stay at this fabulous hotel!!!

This property has a lot of potential. It’s pretty and in an excellent location. Very close to the port. However, as I spent three in Türkiye this was my least favorite stayed. The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful at all. The front desk shouted out my room number when I checked in. I traveled solo as a female and I find that inappropriate. The two guys behind me laughed and told me my room number so I knew that they heard it as well. From there on it was not a pleasant experience. The rooftop closes early and the restaurant stops serving dinner at 21:00. Also I asked the hotel on my last morning for a feminine pad and they told me they didn’t carry that. As my transport was about to arrive to take me to the airport. Luckily the airline provided me with one. I don’t know any four star hotel that doesn’t have that. I will never return to this hotel. All the other places I visited during my stayed will have a returning customer. Not this one!!

Great hotel in the busy water front area. Very convenient for ferries and great view from top floor pool area of the harbour area. We saw the cruise ships coming in. Two organised tours picked us up from the reception.
