A very large spa hotel overlooking a beatiful lake. Excellent breakfast in a dramatic setting. Had a Chinese feel to it due to size and furnishings.

建物自体は古さを隠せない感じはするが、清潔感はあり快適に利用することができた。 ロケーションもよく、遊覧船乗り場やカムイルミナのすぐ横。 食事はとても美味しく満足できたし、温泉もよかった。 あえて要望を言わせてもらえば、オートロックドアの採用や風呂の脱衣所は鍵つきのロッカーの方が安心感は高くなると感じた。

残念な印象

部屋風呂のお湯が出ませんでした。チェックイン時に「故障していてお湯が出ないので大風呂を利用してください」と説明があれば納得したのに残念でした。車の鍵を預けるように言われたのは道内旅行中初めてです。自分の大切な車を使用されるのを嫌がる人は多いのではないでしょうか。

広いロビーや友人とくつろげるスペースがたくさんある。無料でコーヒーとソフトクリームが楽しめる。食事も品数が豊富でおいしかった。ホテルの紹介画像では、湖畔にポツンと一軒建っているのかと思っていたが、ホテルがたくさん隣接していた。
