The rooms are basis but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more from a budget hotel! Will I stay there again? Definitely!

It was in a great location, its dated but cheap so if you can put up with it its good. It wouldn't take much for the owners to get it better but I guess it is what it is. Its cheap so that was good.

This property is quite dated. The rooms are old, the bedding is old, the bathrooms are old, the towels are old, the aircon is old, the curtains are old. The whole place is just old and worn and aesthetically unappealing. Having said all that, my stay was comfortable and the location is quiet but convenient to eateries and shopping. Wouldnt cost much to make the place more aesthetically appealing, new linen, new curtains, some bleach spray. Not sure why the owners dont take a little more pride in staying up to date and competitive when kuta is already flooded with other places to stay. Do better Kondra.

Absolutely awful. We originally booked for four nights, arrived at midnight on the first night and had left for and checked into a different hotel by 3am. Disgusting stain smeared walls, disgusting yellow sheet (only one of them), mildewy ceiling, and mosquitos everywhere. Mosquitos flying out of the faucet and all over the room...Iโ€™ve never been bitten so many times in my life. Plus the air conditioning did not work. Do not stay here.
