They "upgraded" us to garden view however it was on ground level with no fencing off as theres a shallow lagoon style river feature which kids can just walk in and gives unfriendly smell however wasn't a deal breaker as we stayed for 6 nights. Located within walking distance from hotel on level 2, nice and friendly staff, buffet breakfast and coffee was good. Pool was nice too!

Staff at the breakfast was great and chef really gone above and beyond to accommodate my partner’s dietary requirements. 5 star to the chef and restaurant staff. Sheraton was better than expected. Quiet hotel in a great location with Beachwalk mall next door. Great buffet offering with lovely staff who bend over backwards to help. My only complaint is that the pool is far too small for the size of this hotel. Otherwise, would return here.
