Everything was seamless from the moment I booked the room until check out. Communication with the staff was wonderful and they noted every request right away. The pick up service is super convenient, and the location near the airport was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot speak more highly of the staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is great, with many options and the restaurant in general is pretty good. The pool is amazing and everything is clean. I am extremely happy with the hotel, can´t wait to come back.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Sheets and towels were always fresh and clean. The airport complementary pick up was excellent. Pak Darma the driver was courteous and helpful. Location is right across the Lippo Mall. The stage had open Mike every night. Music was tasteful but rather loud. Excellent cook to order breakfast with various menu. We enjoyed the dinner with Balinese dances entertainment. Staff within the property were very friendly, well trained. Thank God the security was always ready to walk us across! Overall, thank you for a great service. We will come back 😊

We were very pleasantly surprised with the Vira bring in the middle of Kuta. How quiet it was. We loved everything the rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff are fantastic ... being a celiac the managed all breakfast requirements. We definately would stay at The Vira again.

In the years of traveling, Vira Bali Boutique Hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed. Cleanliness and Staff being the top factors. It is supposedly a budget hotel but the service you can expect here tells otherwise. It is simply second to none. I wish them all the very best and the next time I’m in Bali, I will not be looking for any other hotel beyond Vira for my stay
