"The service in the hotel is very good, better than most places we have stayed, especially the nice ladies preparing breakfast, which also has a nice variety. The negatives are that it is noisy because you hear everyone in the hallway and outside. We had a bit of an ant problem which was slightly worrisome as we travel with some food. "We really enjoyed staying in Hotel Casa Calda. Room was clean and had a safe and very spacious! It is a two story building where the family lives on the first floor and the accommodations/rooms are in a renovated second floor so beware if you have mobility issues. It is about a 25 min. walk to downtown, but there was a lovely restaurant along the way and a very good convenience store nearby. The Bolt app also makes it very reasonably priced to get downtown.
