"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, ..."

"A very good hotel with friendly service staff. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time. It was discovered last time but it seems that it has not been replaced, so I dare not use it. ..."

"Amazing stay. The entire family down to my toddler absolutely loved their stay. Room was tastefully designed and extrmeely comfortable. Kids play room was a must visit daily. Breakfast waa a sumptuous spread."
