"The photos don't do this accommodation justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed. We loved the little extras such as coffee, cotton buds, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The views are out of this world. Communication with host was excellent. We cannot wait to return "

"The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it so it sounded and felt terrible and the bed was rock hard. The side tables were covered in dust. There was only one bin liner for a week the...

"Room smelt moldy, bathroom could use a good scrub and bleach! Location good, Hotel was hostile towards Airtrip customers. I did not like using key box and at night as area was not lit."

"The check in process was rubbish. No Key in the safe box. Had to contact Host. They said key was dropped in safe at 1:20. Rubbish. Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again."

"Communication very difficult with Airtrip rep. Mobile ph number which isn't answered and txts messages not responded to. A $500.00 hold on CC required and not told until checking in. To be released five days post departure is too long. Very limited pots, cutlery and crockery. Dishwasher not cleaning properly. Good washing machine. Only one dining chair when photo showed 4...not easy when two guests checked in for 5 days...Kitchen light broken on arrival and reported with no acknowledgement. "
