"This is a lovely house in an excellent location close to shops and other services. It is also nicely equipped, and the code entry makes coming and going for multiple people very easy. The one slight negative relates to the gates, both driveway and pedestrian. Both were very hard to use and we could not leave the car on the street because of parking restrictions. "

"Do not book this accommodation. Communication with the host had to be initiated by me as no check-in/check-out details were supplied. The host did not take my call but rather used text message to communicate. Very basic basically saying where the key was. Accomodation was disgusting and not reflective of the price. There was rubbish left in the bin, used personal items and clothing around the property, the lawns were over-grown, dirt.other splatters on the walls, and heaps of dirt and crumbs...

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"We had a lovely stay at Zankersfarm. We got to see chickens, pigs, cows, pick garlic flowers, and learn a little bit about sustainable farming from our amazing host Tracy. She’s so passionate about what she does and we’ve had a lovely time chatting with her. We also got to meet a Jack Russel named Jack who tried sneaking into the tiny house a couple of times. "The booking was great.. the aftermath not so much. We have been so frustrated. STAYZ said we didn’t pay a bond, Echuca homes said we did.
