SCAMMERS ! ARNAQUEURS Partner guest

Appartement pas prêt à 14:30 mais 16:45 ! Personnels incompétents, menteurs, malhonnêtes : absence d’ascenseurs et prétendent le contraire, non pas remboursé le taxi et sous payé le chauffeur ! Pas d’explication ni accompagnement de l’appartement introuvable même par le taxi, finalement arrivé vers 18:00 à l’appartement ! Vibrations et bruyant du au passage du transport public ! Odeur de tabac froid et cendrier disposé par Partner guest dans appartement non fumeur ! A fuir ! Ne sont jamais venu faire le check out à l’heure, clé et état des lieux faites par la femme de nettoyage à 14:00 !

Vietin hyvät viisi päivää apartementoksessa. Ympäristössä hyviä ruokaloita ja kahviloita ja torimarketti. Henkilökunta auttoi minua hyvin jätettyäni avaimeni hotellihuoneeseen, eikä oven avaisuun mennyt kuin puoli tuntia. Suosittelen, jos haluaa siistin ja mukavan paikan ilman luxusta.

everything was ok .......except .the noise of neighbor.....i was in an apartment which was divided with in 3 rooms ....other guests were very noisy ....it was not possible to sleep until 4.00 in the morning .....not a great night ...that was apt nub 5 bessarbska...........i will not return there

Die Firma hat mehrere verschiedene Klassen von Apartements, meines war nicht gerade das Beste, aber Ausstattung war gut. Gratis Kaffee und Tee und Milch und Wasser vorhanden. Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception sehr lieb und hübsch.

arrogant and not trustworthy

arrogant hotel staff, reception not at the address of the room booked. dirty place. no soap and shampoo on arrival. no elevator. terrible experience regarding staff honesty and service. will never use there services again. if u can call this service. rarely seen staff as arrogant as the girls at reception and management, where there is no help with luggage and no place to sit. horrible run away

Half of apartment was missing

Booked an apartment with kitchen and balcony. Got a bedroom with kitchen utensils. Balcony was nonexistent. The bathroom was cosmetically very nice.. HOWEVER: the shower decided to spray the bathroom, not me. Apparently the toilet paper was not included in the price.

Apartment in city center in a terrible building

This building is terrible. There is absolutely no security at the main door. There is no access key or code so anyone can enter the building. During my stay a homeless man was sleeping in the corridor in the evenings! There is no lighting in the corridors so at night you need a flashlight or phone to see your way around. The apartment itself is ok. The kitchenette is equipped but could benefit from a larger fridge and freezer. There is only one aircon in the apartment (which is in the living room) so it gets to be stuffy in the bedroom. There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom so you get a lot of lighting in the morning which is not good for someone who needs darkness. All in all very disappointing and will never stay here again.

Die Unterkunft selbst war super, Finden schwierig

Anreise/Rezeption schlank und einfach, das Finden in der Strasse war schweirig und die Nutzung des Zugangscodes auch (man mußte alle Zahlen auf einmal drücken; es gab 2 Mögliche Drückfelder). Uns wurde beim CheckIn aber angeboten, dass ein Service mit uns zum Appartement geht (...was wir nicht für nötig hielten). Deshalb geht diese Schwierigkeit auch nicht in die Bewertung ein. Das Appartement selbst war super ausgestattet und alles gut sauber. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, vor allem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist beeindruckend. Mitten in der Stadt "westlich" zu wohnen und eine so günstigen Preis, einfach super

Det var ikke bra. Det står i informasjon om hotellet at det er komplett kjøkken i leiligheten, men det var egentlig ikke kjøkken. Det var ingen komfyr å lage mat. kjøleskapet var ikke fungerer som det skal være. Rensingen var hver 4. dag. så noen gå dit bør ta hans dusj og håndklær. og skal kjøpe din egen toalettpapir. Eller du må betale 20 USD per dag hvis du vil at rommet ditt renses. Det er ikke verdt pengene i det hele tatt. Jeg vil ikke holde det på nytt. Plasseringen er ikke dårlig.
