"Just off the roundabout over the Skye bridge this is a fantastic base for travelling around Isle of Skye. We had a twin bed garden room which is situated around the side and to the rear of the main house, this would have been helpful to know in the welcome email giving you the access code and room number as would have saved time trying to locate our room in the main house. In the main house is a communal lounge and breakfast room offering complimentary cereal boxes, porridge pots, cereal bars and yogurts which can also be taken to your room to be consumed. In our room we overlooked a roughly grassed playing area for kids to play football, with nets provided, but saw a deer with her 2 offspring playing around whilst mum was eating berries from the hedgerow. Another plus was the available parking both to the main house and garden rooms "

"Very comfortable house in a wonderful location, with spectacular views. The house is large, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Kitchen is large and well equipped. House is in a quiet location but with easy access to shops, walks and local sites. The views from most rooms are spectacular and change throughout the day, depending on the weather. The owner is easy to communicate with. Will definitely return."

Check in is simple, the cottage well equipped and there wasn't anything more we needed. Anna is excellent about communicating and has great suggestions. A short drive to the bridge to Isle of Skye as well!"

It’s not far by car from other intriguing places to explore such as Eileen Dornan castle and the Isle of Skye. Ged was very responsive to any questions we had and so helpful with any needs we had. You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this lovely home!"
