I chose this hotel because it was close to the meeting point for my sightseeing tour and also offered a Japanese-style spa with a sauna. The location was excellent, right in front of Kyoto Station, with many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Like most business hotels in Japan, the room was small, but it was sufficient for a short stay of one or two nights.

The breakfast buffet was very good; we actually looked forward to it. Easy to use laundry machine that washes and dries in the same machine that you can lock with your own code.
