The location is great! It’s right In the smack of everything. Rolex is right next door. The only thing is the elevator is slow and the Lindsey drying machine is slow slow slow. It took almost two hours for it to dry. Overall will stay again due to the location

The location is superb, directly in the heart of Teramachi and Shinkyogoku Shopping Arcades. A lot of shops and malls nearby and you can easily get back to rest or put your stuff down at the hotel. The room was in great condtion, nice separated bathtub and shower (superior twin extra bed). One thing i personally didn't like was the lighting in the hallway and in the room. A bit too dark and the light was too warm as in too orange-ish.

Great location with great service. Tons of different shops around the area, very close to transit. Staff was super helpful and we able to answer our questions, and also had pocket translators in case they didn't quite understand. Rooms were very clean and kept to that standard during our stay. The hotel feels brand new, the Location is very central and easily accessible. Rooms are very nice and good sized. amenities are quite nice and the staff was extremely helpful. We plan to stay here next time we are in Kyoto for sure and would recommend.

Stayed here for 8 nights and was pleased with the location and condition of the property. Very conveniently located between two major subway stations, walking distance to Nishiki market, 7 Elevens, and department stores. Only nit is that our room didn’t really have a window so we didn’t get sunlight but that’s okay as we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. Overall it was a nice stay!

Stayed here for 8 nights and was very pleased with the condition and location of the hotel. Very conveniently located between 2 major subway stations and walking distance to Nishiki market, 7 Elevens, and eateries / stores galore. Only nit is that our room didn’t really have a functional window so we didn’t have sunlight but that’s okay as we didn’t spend much time in our room anyways. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good location around a lot of different restaurants and relatively easy access around the city. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious enough. Bed is a bit too firm. Hallways are really dark
