The property was ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint i have is that their breakfast did not have vegetarian options except the bread and omelet. With diverse tourists, they should include that to make the stay worth the price.

The place is perfect but the parking of the actual hotel is hard to find and limited. There are a lot of parking areas around but pretty pricey depending on the time. We stayed for 2 days and paid almost $90 AUD.

Clean, no frills accomodation. Seems closer to the action than it is. Quick taxi or bus, but trainlines aren't especially close. I don't mind walking, but if that's something you're not into look at the other Toyoko

For the bread (for breakfast) we usuary need butter or margarin. In almost of Toyoko-Inns, which I know, guests can take it. In Kyoto, why not?
