"The Radisson couldn't have been in a more convenient location for an early flight out of Oslo. The staff were friendly, the beds comfy and the evening snack at the restaurant was good. Only complaints were the hand lotion in my bathroom was empty - what's the point of having the bottle there if it doesn't get filled. Also in the lobby, there is a little refreshment station - apples and water in the afternoon, and coffee/tea and pastries in the AM. A lovely touch - but the coffee pot was empty -...

"The most surprising part is heated bathroom floor! Shower glass is only partial . So get very wet I. The room but with heated floor, it dries pretty quickly! Also location was perfect for us to move around."

It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient.
