"The drain in the bathtub was messed up. The shower was messed up too to the point where the stream came out weird but other than that, I would definitely stay here again and recommend "

"We thought hard about where to stay first night. We were very pleased that we stayed at airport hotel upon arrival from Europe (recommended). This hotel is probably the best choice for LAX taking into account price v quality. You wouldn't want a week holiday here but it was a great place to check-in at 2am and then pick up rental car following morning. Excellent breakfast "

"When we first arrived the front desk receptionist was just wonderful! We traveled all day and were exhausted. She made the check in process very easy. Even got a room with a great view! The bartender however that evening seemed as tho he was having a bad day! Very short with us. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfy! I would be back again!!"

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in El Segundo. It is nicer and newer than most of the other area hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is also different from other hotels in the area. I travel to El Segundo very often and have stayed at many of the local hotels. This will be my go-to hotel from now on. "

"Our credit cards were compromised. So we had a problem and only had cash. The Westin hotel at LAX, has a no cash policy for the $200 deposit. It has to be a credit card! We already had pre paid the cost of 4 days at the hotel 6 months prior through Hotels.com the Hotel Manager Tommy said he would help us out and took $200 cash for our stay. And gave it back in cash when we checked out. Tommy went far and beyond to help us. "
