"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

"I stayed 4 months during an internship in the area. Renaud was always very responsive during the booking process but also during the stay.The apartment is very clean and modern. Everything is available as described on the website."

"This 250 year old property is beautifully maintained and the conversion to modern amenities was tasteful and functional without compromising the visual integrity of the historical structure . "The hotel is clean, safe, with friendly staffs. The room are spacious as expected and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue where the AC cannot be turned off, but it didn’t impact the experience too much for us. The hotel has its own restaurant which we did not get to try. The dining option outside of hotel within walking distance are much more limited, with most selection are fast foods. However as you will most likely arrive by car, the hotel to Perpignan centre is within 5 minutes."
