"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. Unsure what it was exactly, if it was the cleaning products used but opened the window to ease it. As we were there for 1 night only I tolerated it. "The hotel was simply amazing: location, staff, food, amenities and bar! When we arrived, we were checked in by Alicia who was so gracious with giving us some ideas of what to do beyond our itinerary. We checked into our rooms and they were both so nice! And so many extras: from chocolates on the bed to toothbrushes and razors in the drawers. They even provided an eye mask and ear plugs in a gift box. Sebastián at the rooftop bar was also incredible. The hotel is close to everything in the city...

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Beautiful classic but still modern property on the perfect location. Staff have been wonderful and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot at the Perfume restaurant as well. We upgraded to the presidential suite which was definitely worth it. I can Recommend this hotel for the best luxurious stay on the perfect location in the city. "
