"The bungalow accommodation was lovely very clean, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Daniel gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and was very helpful in arranging transport to airport. The surrounding grounds and pool are well kept. The gorgeous clean beach and little food outlets for lunch are just down the hill within walking distance. We highly recommend having your own transportation as the hills are very steep. Lovely relaxing setting"

"Quiet, a bit dated. The beach was closed off from the hotel because it was "broken", so we were told. But you could get to it by walking through the town a ways. There was a great pâtisserie across the street, and a small grocery store was next door, both very convenient. There was a small kitchenette on the balcony of our room which was nice to keep food cold and heat stuff up in the microwave. Staff was great, tho some did not speak English, thank goodness for Google Translate. Pool was nice...

When I arrived at 11am from the airport, the rude staff refused to allow me to leave my suitcase, relax by the pool or even remain on the property until the official check-in time of 3pm, unless I sat in the bar. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep."
