We enjoyed our stay on L'Escala apartments. It was as expected: easy, cozy, tidy and quiet with private parking. Location was really good for family vacation - close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, groceries, and two nice playgrounds. Two bedroom apartmentwith garden was perfect for family of 4.

The bed was comfy. Sadly nothing else was good about this apartment. It lacks basic amenities such as soap and curtains. We were kept awake all night by a broken down fridge fan that wouldn’t stop making noise, and then kept awake in the early hours of the morning by the sunrise as there are no curtain on one side of the apartment. There is no parking available, its residents only, which we were not warned about. There is also no lift and we were on the top floor with heavy luggage. Would not re book.

Tout était parfait le personnel la propreté l'endroit juste peut être un petit bémol mais rien d important il'serait bien d ajouter un peu plus de vaisselle ! Mais sinon c est parfait on reviendra c est certain !

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Cuisine avec nécessaire permettant de cuisiner correctement. Cadre de l'hôtel sympathique. Malheureusement très mauvaise insonorisation phonique et thermique. Heureusement on était en novembre. Pour les chambres qui donnent directement sur la piscine on entend les voisins distinctement. Le chauffage ne permet pas de chauffer toute la pièce uniquement la partie lit mais pas la cuisine. Dans tous les cas le séjour s'est très bien passé quand même

Déception, Inadmissible.

Dès notre arrivée fuite d'eau au niveau de la climatisation à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Obligé de m'être un seau !! Cela a été signalé tout de suite, j'ai envoyé tous les jours des videos mais comme il n'y avait aucun personnel sur place ( on ne peut communiquer que par WhatsApp ) la communication etait tres compliquée. Tous les jours un technicien devait passer mais rien n'a été fait pendant tout notre sejour ... Une fois le sejour terminé on nous a envoyé un message pour nous dire que le problème etait résolu...la bonne blague !!! Que du mensonge !! INADMISSIBLE . Obligé d'envoyer un message également pour recevoir le code d'entrée, pour avoir le code WiFi, où deposer les poubelles etc ...car comme il n'y a aucune réception vous restés sans renseignement. Le manque de personnel sur place fait aussi que les vacanciers font ce qu'ils veulent ( du bruit, des cris pendant les nuits etc ..) Pour le prix payé on est loin de belles prestations !!

Résidence au calme et bien exposée ,les terrasses sont a l'ombre les après-midis.. stationnement sur resa a 10€/jour tres pratique ..internet ok..piscine au sel très agréable (meme si beaucoup de mégots trainent derrière les transats malgré l'interdiction de fumer) literie très confort, la cuisine ok (un peu juste en ustensiles et plats) une laverie est dispo dans la rue a 200m.. la plage, les magasins, la boucherie , boulangerie et les restaurants sont a proximité...ville a taille humaine impec pour la famille...pleins d'activités a découvrir...

Séjour passable propreté réellement a revoir humanité avec vraiment on a eu un soucis sur la route aucune compassion on a signalé arrivé avec un enfant en fauteuil on nous répond pas de soucis cest au rez de chaussée mais on se retrouve face a plus de 10 marches un calvaires pour nous

Nous avons passé un exellent sejour L'appartement etait tres propre la decoration simple et efficace Il y avait tous ce quil fallait dans la cuisine elle etait bien equipé Il y a des serviettes à disposition La piscine est juste devant Dommage que le parking était payant J'ai eu peur de ne pas recevoir le code pour les clés mais cela a etait envoyé à l heure Je recommande fortement Résidence calme La mer est en bas de la rue il y a des commerces a proximité

Il n y a pas de réception La récupération des clefs est très compliquée il faut faire un Check in mais très peu de réseau alors très long On a obtenue le code de la boîte à clés en 1h30 Des chaises cassées Une fuite dans la salle de bain qui inondait jusque dans la pièce principale 48h pour nous prendre en charge

Trop de cotés négatifs

Pour l'appartement coté négatif : Pas de miroir dans la salle d'eau ailleurs non plus Un tapis au pied de la douche aurait été pratique et nous aurait évité de mettre de l'eau devant les toilettes . Pas de brosse pour les WC Pas d'allume gaz ( nous sommes non fumeurs ) Des draps pour le lit mais pas de couvre lit , heureusement il faisait chaud . Pas de déco ,du coup appartement triste J'ai l'habitude de voyager avec Airbnb et aucun de ces désagréments . J'espère que vous en tiendrez compte pour vos futurs locataires . Dommage car emplacement proche du centre ,appartement et alentours propre et piscine agréable .
