Tricky to find, even with the help of some good men in St Andre de Vizines, the effort was exponentially rewarded. Of our 1800+ kilometer drive to visit alps, a bridge, a cave, and a city of lights, our stay in St. Andre keeps emerging as a true highlight."

"House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...

Le bémol concerne le chalet où visiblement le mois de mai n'est pas adapté pour y séjourner car la veille de notre arrivée, on nous a indiqué qu'il faisait trop froid pour mettre en marche le jacuzzi et une fois sur place, on nous dit qu'il fait trop chaud pour allumer la cheminée. "The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues."
