"Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. Nice hotel but not great service

"Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had problems charging bills to the room and again the staff were rude and not very helpful. On check out I was told that I couldn't use a foreign debit card to pay the bill to pay in US dollars to not pay tax (as a foreign tourist). This is only possible using a credit card something that they should make clear at the time of booking."

"Do not book this place, it's an absolute scam! We drove to the location as noted in our reservation and when we arrived, the address did not exist. We asked local people in the area and no one could lead us to it either. I had requested early arrival/late departure and there was no response. I asked for keys to get into the place and there was no response. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. Also, be sure to make a mental note of the pictures posted for this rental because some people use random fancy pictures not relevant to the rental to lure tourists into booking."
