"We spent a really relaxing week in this away cosy cottage. The heated pool is fantastic – our first four days were very hot and it was brilliant to be able to use the pool to relax and cool off. The grounds around the cottage are mainly meadow with some wonderful old trees and also an abundance of buddleia bushes which attracted a wide variety of butterflies. "Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely care. "

"Stayed here for a few nights. The room was clean and the the staff were friendly and efficient. They kindly made Vegetarian meals especially as there was not much choice on the menu for Vegetarians. The non vegetarian menu changed daily and the quality of the food was good. "
