The staff were so nice and incredibly helpful, they brought our luggage to the room for us. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe, public transport and shops.

My son and I absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a thoughtful stay for us. We also enjoyed the excellent service and look forward to coming back.

Le Cinq Was A Nice Hotel. Had A Few Issues Though. The Food At The Restaurant Was Not Good,Ordered Some Salmon To Only Find Out It Was Raw Salmon. Tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund it. Manager told me to “know what I’m ordering before I order it”. Others where checked up on and food was served to them before us and we was there first. I believe it was cause we were Americans. 2nd the room was nice I paid for a Valentine’s Day decoration for the room in my opinion it was nice but not worth the price they asked for to do it it was kinda half way done. The TV had the wrong name on it it was a different couple that kinda killed the mood. The bathroom shower drains really slow if you take long showers it will spill out to the middle of the floor. Overall the Le Cinq was just okay. They need to tidy up on a few things to be considered 4-5 star hotel

Felt cozy and homey. Staff helped me with questions about the city. There were rude guests and they even dealt with them well. Super professional and obviously on the way up.

Good hotel for stop over
"Nice hotel, great staff, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and I noticed as we left they were installing overhead rain showers. The only slight thing was we arrived on Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed as was most restaurants. But we ate at a restaurant called the metro around 20 minutes ..."
