"We stayed here for a night as it is well-placed for a visit to George Sand's house at Nohant. This is a traditional French country hotel although we were allocated a room in the modern extension across the road. Good and secure parking. Friendly reception. Room was spacious with access to gardens, fixtures and fittings in bathroom perhaps in need of a slight refurbishment. Evening meal from the fixed menu was excellent and inexpensive, breakfast in the morning was equally good. Would definitely...
