" We have stayed here many times. The rooms are always cold to start, which is logical to save electricity, so we immediately turn on the wall controller or fireplace or both as need may be. WiFi works well. Our rooms have always been very clean and neat and they are very accommodating. There have been Keurigs in every room where we have roomed. The personnel are always friendly. We generally aim for the upper rooms or king with a FP where we can have a dog. There has never been a time when the room smelled of pets. The breakfast is small and smaller in the middle winter but presented well and the breads are fresh. The area is one of the nicest in Anacortes with ample parking, lawns, and views of the ferry and the sound."

"Lovely spot to catch up with friends! Very clean and well-appointed and everyone was delighted with the deck and hot tub. Comfortable beds; plenty of towels and blankets, etc. We didn't use the TV or entertainment system, so I can't speak to that-- the views and sunsets were entertainment enough. The upstairs futon hide-away was cozy and odd-- its skylights looked down into the main floor bedroom which gave us all a laugh. The only thing worth mentioning is that there was a fair amount of foot traffic next to the house down to the beach-- folks with kayaks and dog and kids and whatnot. Everyone was vey nice, and it is mentioned in the property description that there may be people going by occasionally. However, be aware that at least on this sunny weekend it was frequent and it makes the deck and hot tub feel much less private, as the path is adjacent to both. "

"Wow, this hotel was amazing! Our room was so beautiful and clean and it also had a fireplace which was wonderful. The complementary freshly ground coffee was such a nice touch! The area felt safe and the staff was so incredibly welcoming. Would definitely come back."

"Always at fun time at Swinomish! Yes, the slots can be a little tight but the food and atmosphere are great. The Extreme BLT and Chicken Fried Steak at Carvers are always great. Always a good beer selection too."

"Never have I ever had the luxury of a dbl recliner in a hotel room. A show stopper. Made up for some fatigue in the overall condition. However room was very spacious. Bed was way too tall for me - I’m 5’4”. Overall a safe budget friendly choice. "

"We loved the convenience of an included breakfast and the set menu was to our taste! No mini fridge so we used the ice bucket to keep the farm market cheese we bought cool :-). There was mention of jacuzzi hours on the paperwork but we never saw one. We enjoyed La Conner very much and this place was lovely. We would stay here again."

"Very easy to find, nice area. Rooms, shower, bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or workout room, were tired. We wanted a hotel about 30 minutes from Anacortes for the car ferry. Would stay there again. "
