"We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. "We had a wonderful week in Catherine and Gilles’s beautiful chalet. The house was spacious, very comfortable and fabulously well equipped. Our chef loved the kitchen. The cinema and swimming pool were perfect places for the children to relax after their exertions on the slopes. Sadly, at the very end of the season, the chalet was no longer ski-in, ski-out and some of the shops in the village were either closed or low on stock. However, we shall take away some extremely happy memories of our week...

"The villa sits in the foothills of the Alps and has beautiful views all around it. Nice clean pool which all the children (ages 10 - 17) thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor cooking area is great (we used this most nights, it was nice to sit outside and eat when it was cooler).
