"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Great layout of the apartment making it seem more spacious than its square footage might suggest. Quality appliances and recently refurbished to a high standard. Stunning view of the slopes with the gondola (to Folie Douce!), ski school, bus stop and the many convenient amenities of La Daille square right on your doorstep. Helpful concierge made our stay a breeze. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to make the most of Val d'Isere!"

The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!"

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff.
