"Really beautiful place. Beautifully furnished (not IKEA!), totally nice bathrooms. Location is absolute heart of Sarlat - but up on the second floor - so you could hear the (summer) crowds below, but be “above it all” - very fun while making dinner for ourselves :-))! No a/c, so needed windows open - and it can be noisy - but for us, part of being in Europe! Well equipped kitchen (tho add ice cube trays, salad bowl). And be aware they charge an add’l fee $85 for linens (tho good quality linens)....

"Very impressed with the apartment, we loved every minute there and wished we’d booked longer. The balcony was lovely to sit out on even with the road being directly below, we had all five of us sat there chatting on a few occasions. Inside the property the layout suited everyone with several places to sit and the pool was an added bonus. Location is perfect, minutes away from Lidl for supplies and a nice walk into Sarlat centre. There are many narrow passages with restaurants and shops to go...

"This appartment is extremely well located near Sarlat and within the vicinity of many interesting places. Friendly, discrete hosts that were at our service when needed: we missed a hairdryer (which was mentioned in the house description) and they immediately solved that. Appartment was very cool which was welcome with day temperatures of +35°C. Only downside: the appartment is very damp (known to the hosts) and the mechanical ventilation does not entirely solve this."

"Enjoyed the rural setting and the evening quiet. Once we found it, the place was easy to access and find our way around the area. Overall, decent lodging at a good price. Although small, the studio was decently outfitted with some exceptions... No dish cloth or dish towels. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. No garbage collection during our 5 night stay. Shower head needed some tightening, flopped all over the place."

It is very well equiped with most things you may require on a self catering stay and with a very comfortable bed.The friendly helpful owners live above, and are readily available to answer any queries or resolve any issues. Ideally placed for the old town amid the hustle and bustle of restaurants, shops and sights yet a peaceful little oasis with its little courtyard and good windows to keep the street noise out. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with comfortable beds. Sandrine was a wonderful host. We would definitely go back."

"This apartment is beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. It has everything you need for a cosy stay to explore Sarlat and surrounding area. Everything is spotlessly clean in the apartment with great attention to detail. The host is extremely helpful and welcoming. Communications with the host were very clear and friendly. There is free parking very close by which is convenient. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment for a beautiful stay in Sarlat."
