"The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...
