"Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind."

The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs. "We really enjoyed the location and the impressive views of the mountains. The village is very quiet and we had many relaxing days around the property. We used the location as a base to visit Pisa, Cinque Terre and Florence and the hosts made some good recommendations of places to visit on the coast e.g Lerici and Levanto. We felt that the property would benefit from air conditioning in the peak summer months but we managed ok with fans in all bedrooms. It was difficult to park our hired car...

"The Villa was everything that we expected. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to relax. The view from the Veranda is amazing. Check in process was easy, Giuseppe and Pia greeted us upon arrival and departure . They walked us through the Villa amenities, were responsive with our inquiries, helped with dinner reservations and dinner recommendations, thank you. When you are initially looking for the Villa, while on Provinciale, you will want to turn at the white House with cactus plants...

"The property was in a beautiful area and had a lovely pool. The owners were welcoming when we arrived. However we were very disappointed with: *The wifi - Ltd to 1 g. It also had a very poor signal and didn't work for much of the time. *The pool furniture was grubby and worn.
