"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"The property was a beautiful country home a near wonderful hiking trails and a short drive from either Valencia or Alicante. Our hosts (Macu and Jose Luis) were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They provided maps and points of interest in the area and, although we would often return late in the evening, there was always someone awake to greet us upon our arrival. When we arrived the air conditioning had failed in the bedrooms, the owner offered us a free beer as compensation, so we had to sleep with the door and window open. Helpful staff, good breakfast. "I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time."
