"We loved the house. It is perfect for two friends. An upstairs and and a downstairs apartment. Both cozy and the basics. We loved climbing the spiral staircase to get to the third floor. There is a porch swing with gorgeous views of the lake and the volcano. Easily walk to several local places to eat and mini-market. Loved it here."

"The house was clean and was as advertised. The living room couches were awful and should be replaced. The beds and linens and pillows were terrific! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed and very well laid out. The outdoor space was great. The only change I would make is the pool is actually not big enough to be a swimming pool, more like a pool for cooling off and so should be advertised as such. It worked well for our group and we were able to do the sight seeing we wanted to...

We had a little issue with the safe and Karen arrived within the hour to give us the key and resolve the issue.
