The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but had everything I needed—including a well-equipped kitchen, perfect if you feel like cooking (though you're surrounded by great restaurants). Walking distance to the Museo Nacional, Avenida Central, and Avenida 33 made exploring the city easy, and I felt safe walking alone at night thanks to visible police presence in the area. At the time the washer was out of service and they offered to wash my clothes/fold at 0 extra charge. I had money in one of my pockets that I completely forgot the lady was honest and gave it to me.
