"On arrival found that the actual accommodation was a kilometer outside the village and that the nearest shops were 30 minutes drive away. Said the accommodation was unsuitable and the staff said they could offer us a place at Valle Gran Rey instead but this was not where we wanted to be. Left without staying in the accommodation and understood that we would not be charged but the full amount was charged to my credit card the next day. "La casa esta muy bien, parece haber sido renovada recientemente y se encuentra muy cerca de la presa la encantadora, que como su nombre indica es un lugar con encanto, un pequeño paraiso a apenas 3 Km del pueblo de Vallehermoso. La estancia nos resulto muy agradable y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y de la belleza del lugar. Sentimos no haber conocido perdonalmente a su propietario y le agradecemos por el detalle que nos dejo a nuestra atencion."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday "
