Studio cabin of 31 M2 with 7M2 of terrace in full center entirely done again and equipped with nine (May 2017).
TV Samsung HD, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, large fridge, sofa bed ... Etc.
The quiet apartment is equipped for 4 people, It is located 50 meters from the beach and at the foot of the shops, the port.
Ideal for holidays as a couple, family, friends or business trip.

Located on the first floor with elevator of a residence "Pyramide", whose last renovation (facade + waterproofing) was completed in 2014. The accommodation is very quiet and the residence occupied by many residents year round. The large shaded terrace is very pleasant in the summer.
The large motte market is at the foot of the building.

Excellent Sejour dans cet appartemebt
Franchement rien à redire, emplacemebt parfait en plein centre de la grande motte. Les restos sont en bas de l'immeuble, la plage est à 2 min à pieds. L'appartement est neuf, la literie confortable. Sejour à refaire
