"Never before has our family stayed in such luxurious surroundings ~ what a view of the Ocean from our own backyard. The host made check in quite easy and worry free giving us a thorough walk through of the Villa. The private rooms with their own bathroom gave each of our adult kids’s & families their own relaxing space with a veranda to see the beauty outside. "I am extremely happy to have chosen this location for my trip to STX. The Owners Chad and Emily were excellent and extremely hospitable throughout my stay. The unit was very well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent for accessing all parts of the island and the neighborhood was gated and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for the perfect vacation rental on STX."

"We spent 8 days on island and this was the perfect home base for the week. It's not fancy, but it has updated amenities, it's clean, comfortable, has everything you need, (including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) minutes from Christiansted-but away from the crowds. When we had questions we just texted the owner and she responded within minutes. Definitely recommend if you're on a mid-range budget. It's worth every penny..."

The house was amazing, very cool layout, separate quarters for everyone, very clean, nicely decorated, everything one would need for comfort, lounging, celebrating, cooking, tanning, partying, sleeping, and enjoying the most amazing views of the ocean with safety and privacy! We had one minor issue with electricity, Deepak was quick to answer and guide us how to use the generator for just a brief time. Electricity came back on...

"Great stay, id recommend having a car, nothing is super close by. Very clean and had everything you will need in the house even scuba diving stuff! Only downfall is no AC but other than that it was very good. "
