Quiet and quiet villa ideal for relaxing enjoying the garden, the beautiful landscape or its original pool.
The property is very well located, located above San Juan de la Rambla, a picturesque coastal town of Tenerife.
Just one or two minutes from supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station ... natural volcanic pools and beautiful beaches. Thanks to its good location you can make fantastic excursions to the Teide Volcano, Puerto de la Cruz, Garachico, the capital: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, La Laguna, Anaga ...
Built on one floor, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room open to a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains.
The farm also has an independent guest house.
It has 1 bedroom with two beds, a full bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful landscape that makes it possible for a family or two couples who rent the villa to be together but have some independence.
This guest house is always rented together with the main house at a price of € 15 a night.
The property is never shared with other clients, it is for exclusive use.

Very charming Canarian house in a beautiful garden with incredible view!
The house is very well renovated and decorated with great taste! You really feel good there and you appreciate every moment as it is very relaxing place with a real botanic garden with great variety of tropical and local plants and happy birds ! Well done to Marta and her husband to safe and enhance this canarian heritage !

A nice place to relax
a very nice and quiet place to relax. The house is accurately described and the hostess is very accommodating and supportive. The approach by car is a bit adventurous, but you can enjoy absolute peace on a quiet and unimaginable property. We felt very comfortable - thank you Marta :)

Traumhaus im tropischen Garten
Die Villa Juandana ist eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je gemietet hatten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit schönen großen Palmen und anderen tropischen Gewächsen. Auch der Pool ist schön gestaltet, allerdings war er erwartungsgemäß für uns im Januar etwas zu kühl. Von der Terrasse aus lässt sich das alles wunderbar genießen. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Marta war hervorragend schon im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort sehr herzlich. Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in Las Aguas mit guten Fischlokalen direkt am Meer. Ein Lidl (Icod) ist in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Wie ein zweites Zuhause
Hier wurde schon soviel Tolles geschrieben, wir können uns nur anschließen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sofort wie Zuhause. Das lag unbedingt auch an der herausragenden Gastfreundlichkeit durch Marta, ganz wunderbar. Desweiteren gibt es die zauberhafte Dana-Katze der Nachbarn, welche unsere Herzen eroberte (sie geht NICHT uns Haus, sehr beeindruckend). Die Betten waren superbequem, kurzum, wir hätten noch 4 Wochen länger bleiben können. Danke, Marta! ♡ Linda & Co

Idyllisch gelegen
Das sehr saubere Haus liegt in einem großen schönen subtropischen Garten am Hang, mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Küstenstädtchen. Es liegt ca. 250m über dem Meer, demensprechend ist es auch meist 2°C kühler als unten. Im Februar hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass der Pool beheizt wäre. Garten und Pool sind uneinsehbar, der Weg vom Haus zur Straße ist extrem steil, so dass ein schwach motorisierter, vollgepackter Mietwagen an seine Grenze kommt. Ohne Auto ist man in dieser Lage aufgeschmissen, dafür hat man absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. In der Summe bleibt bei mir nur Lob. Die Ausstattung war komplett, alles funktioniert und die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten und stets hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war vorbildlich.

A wonderful respite in La Guancha!
We wanted a quiet, safe, and relaxing visit to the Canary Islands, and that is exactly what we got. So wonderful, Marta and her husband were so helpful and kind. The villa is in a private location with stunning views, yet close enough to the markets, beaches and hiking. We will definitely return, and highly recommend this location! Thank you, Marta!!

Superschöne Finca mit tollem Grundstück
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin Marta hat uns bereits vor dem Urlaub mit allen wichtigen und interessanten Informationen versorgt und war auch während der Reise immer für uns ansprechbar. Das Haus liegt auf einem tollen Grundstück mit viel Grün. Der Hammer ist die Aussicht auf der Plattform des Gartenhauses. Man konnte den schneebedeckten Teide sehen und das Meer. Unsere Kinder haben den tollen und großen Garten genossen. Hier gab es immer was zu spielen und zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöne Finca
Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Finca. Marta die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang bis Ende super geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche sind jegliche Utensilien vorhanden, sogar an Gewürzen ist einiges vorhanden. Der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft Wir können die Finca als auch die Lage sehr empfehlen.

Una hermosa casa en una isla maravillosa
Hemos estado pasado unas semanas estupendas en la casa, que es muy acogedora y está muy bien cuidada. Las niñas disfrutaron de la piscina y con la cocina tan completa pudimos cocinar y comer muchos días casi como en casa. Aunque hace falta coche para ir a todos lados, la zona de la isla está muy bien, con muchos pueblos y lugares interesantes para visitar. La dueña Marta nos ha dado información muy útil para conocer la isla y ha estado siempre muy atenta a nuestras necesidades y que nos sintieramos a gusto. ¡Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas!

Urlaub in Abgeschiedenheit
Der bergige Norden von Teneriffa ist verkehrstechnisch anspruchsvoll und insofern waren Fahrten von Haus aus immer eine größere Aktion- aber aufgrund der Bewölkung im Norden der Insel häufig die einzige Option auf Sonnenschein. Gefühlt haben wir daher zu viel Zeit im Auto verbracht…

Una estancia perfecta
Pasamos aquí parte de nuestra luna de miel y no podíamos haber escogido mejor, la casa es preciosa, con jardín y piscina privada, vistas al mar y equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Esta ubicada en la que es para mí la mejor y más bonita zona de la isla a 15 y 20 min de la Orotava y de Puerto de la Cruz. La comunicación con la dueña fue súper buena y fluida en todo momento. La recomiendo 100%, no te vas a arrepentir de escogerla para tus vacaciones.

Awesome house, lovely host
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is just awesome and so comfortable. It’s perfect for couples or families with up to 2 kids. Although the highway is near it’s just calm and you hear nothing than birds. We wil definitley come back.

Top !!
C'est avec un petit pincement au cœur que nous avons quitté cette belle villa. Ce fût un séjour très agréable ! La vu, la piscine, l'intimité et ce sentiment d'apaisement intense loin de tout ! Sans parler de Marta qui était une hôte exceptionnel et qui a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils, des astuces et qui était toujours disponible pour des questions ! Son mari venait régulièrement s'occuper du jardin et lui aussi il était très sympa et discret. Dans cette maison vous vous sentez comme chez vous. De plus nous sommes parti dans la période covid ou toute l'Espagne était en zone rouge pour la Belgique. Nous avions peur de réserver et de devoir rentrer plus tôt comme se fût le cas pour le reste de l'Espagne et perdre notre argent. Maos Marta a été très compréhensible et nous garanti que si un changement de force majeur avait eu lieu lié au covid elle nous rembourserait les jours non passé à la villa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste et heureusement nous sommes restés tous les jours prévus. Merci Marta pour TOUT et j'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir dans votre belle villa !
