"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area. It is as advertised. They didn't give us oir complimentary breakfast as advertised on Expedia. No complimentary breakfast was the only drawback. Otherwise a lovely place."

"Unkept grounds, beautiful but need more maintenance. No easy access to the beach , you could see the water and beach / surfers but very rocky and unstable to get to. The room was nice but almost no water pressure. The place is beautiful and staff great but it is a local weekend pay a daily fee for all day pool access and if you don’t save your seats at pool you wouldn’t have any. But most place here are like this. I get it, it helps them sustain the place but can be frustrating for people paying...

"Not a hotel. 2 separate 'bungalows' with a common area kitchen, pool and palapa. We did not have a car but found a local in Playa El Tunco who knew the location and found us a driver. Could be a real challenge for first time arrivals (no sign). Spanish speaking caretakers live nearby eager to please. Bit of a hike to El Tunco, plus 100 or so steps to the bungalows. Very dark at night hiking from town. Would be better for small group self catering. Price too high for what you get."
